  This course aims to provide participants with a good working knowledge of the local legislation belonging to employment and industrial relations including the main changes in the employment legislation. It also determines the extensive factors for an understanding of the rights and obligations of workers and their employers. The Employment and Industrial Relations Act, 2002 and the various regulations which followed shall be the main focus of the course.
